Looking at Erin's athletic body Samantha is convinced that it's stretched to the max. Noticing that Erin's right leg is trembling from the effort of standing on her toes she wonders if Erin will be able to escape.

With the large, padded gag restricting her breathing, Samantha knew that the much-needed oxygen for Erin would be limited.
She hoped that this would leave Erin with no strength to escape.

As agreed, Samantha left the room and would check again in ten minutes to see if Erin made any progress.
