Description
The blood runs in my dreams
It flows through my veins
Coursing through my instinct
Bringing me to life
Growling in my throat
Fiery in my eyes
The hunger grows, surrounded by flesh as I am.
The urges so common and hard to resist
Yet the oppurtunity to feed is so rare.
I taste the blood on my lips,
Spurting into my mouth.
My eyes roll back in pleasure, the fire now alight.
I hunger for more, I can stop but I don't want to.
Rage, hunger. Pain and anger pumping through my veins
Turning me into the beast that I am.
I'm hunting, oh gods I feel so alive.
I have hunted in so long, it seems another time.
The adrenaline like electricity through my veins.
I stealthily follow my quarry, it unsuspecting all the time.
Not even seeing me in the shadows.
I feel so alive, so full of energy I love it. The thrill of hunting so addicting.
My human quarry pauses, there is no one around.
"how did I hear that growling sound"
I leap forth teeth bared, stunning my prey in pure bewilderment
"how can a man be such a beast"
too late you didn't run as I tear out your throat, roaring in triumph.
My teeth glistening with blood as I feed.
Still I hunger........
But for now I should be well, I feel like I am full of electricity, now way to let it out.
Running through the night, my heart full of freedom and joy. I long to hunt again
Yet another part of me thinks I should feel bad whilst I do not.
I killed took a life, where is my guilt.
I am not just a brute, driven by the hunger. the lust to hunt and kill
True I enjoy it but that is not all of what I am.
It is not who I am.
The realms of magic are intertwined with my soul. I am more than a man
I am more intelligent than most. so many people are stupid how I hate them so.
I am lying in the center point of humanity yet not sure I am even that.
Some people are devolving, getting less intelligent as the world goes by, becoming brutes, beasts if you will
Yet others are evolving. Getting smarter. realizing their connection with the world
Accepting the Metaphysical as it is.
Somehow I share qualities with both.
This cannot be. WHAT AM I? my mind screams it out to all being s of the world.
On the outside I am human a simple shell just like a carrying case
But on the inside I am so many things
I need to hunt, to feed. Devouring the blood and Flesh. Enjoying it as would a Wolf...
I am connected to the world, to magic. Guiding and Understanding as would the mighty Dragon....
My Spirit long to fly high above th clouds, observing death as would the Raven...
Strong and Defiant. Yet being a Guardian as would the Bear...
I am happy I am whole
I still have rage I don't know why, I curse humans and their stupidty
backstabbers, lyers, rapist, bastards.
Ignorant useless little ragdolls.
but this isn't how I feel towards all, I don't know what I am
I know who I am but yet again I have no clue.
I want to hunt, I need to hunt.
to feel that life blood on my tongue.
OHHHHH the taste so sweet. so metallic. It fills me, it feeds me.
nurtures me and gives strength, it soothes the fire in my blood
yet giving me so much more.
In my fantasies I stand atop a mountain.
I feel the wind blowing against me and through me as it pours water from the skies.
The lightning dances through my veins, my lungs are filled with earth
With outstretched arms I feel the rain falling as the fire dances on my skin.
I am at peace, I am alone, isolated from everything but the world
I can visit that place in my mind. My hunger doesn't exist there.
But it doesn't change the fact that I enjoy it.
I like the fact that I enjoy it, it only bothers me that I know the world doesn't.
In simplest terms
I am everything
I am nothing
but knowing that does not tell me what I am.
