beyond my eyes, if you care to look. you see the pain of the heart forsook. can you feel me, feel my pain as I smile to the world, while my heart lies in cold dark shadow. surrounded by people yet oh so alone. feeling my physical self dying,yet my connection to the world is yet unbroken the awareness in my mind growing stronger. darkest shadow, coldest ice, hardest stone surrounding my soul. tormenting me to give up the fight. everything's lost, no more reason to drive forward. yet..I still press onward, why? I won't give up I refuse, Fuck the people and memories of my past, trying to get my down pressing on all sides. chaining me with their unquestionable lies. just a kid sitting against the wall, punished for wanting to be a kid, not a statue as preferred. growing stronger each day...for now. biding his time, he waits for the Hell to end, breaking free after years, no longer a child. but to what use. my youth is gone, my health follows suit. hard to believe this happens at only 18. The disease from which follows me since birth, will have me borne upon is draining wings into death. I accpet it now, fight it no longer. I can hope for peace now..maybe. yet still alone.who's missing? where is she? family is not family, and this time water is thicker than blood. bonds broken, never repaired. severed by the trials of the early years.
