Little is known about him other than the fact that he is Astra's cousin. He may have experienced so many Robot Rampage events, but he have not seen the flipside of the terrorist act on causing further damage to those who have known WAY too much about the other faction worse than Charon Co. A rogue AI in a form of Roko's Basilisk, he have endured so many incoming attacks from the AI monster, and that he vows to save the world by any means necessary. If only Astra would be there, then she and Xavier would have teamed each other out and to tackle in loads of evil robots of two factions. Having spent one too many times being tortured for his wrongful execution, somehow, he have noticed a hidden Power Microchip that made him become an Esper, any individual with supernatural power to manipulate something that is an element, in Xavier's case, plasma and electricity. Apparently, this Power Microchip is only reserved to a bitter unethically experimented individual who have gone crazy and mad for power in stopping her foe from ever coming up to her. Guess it's up to the Navy Electro Knight of Now.
