Ability: Swift Swim OR Water Veil
Extremely sluggish on land, however within the water this Pokemon is able to gain large amounts of momentum gaining speeds up to 40 mph. Riding on currents in the ocean and picking up waves.
My Dream Pokemon, I've loved this Pokemon since I invented him when I was 10 years old. Man... that was forever ago. Hope you like
