Here is the first of the main villains for Nature Squadron: Fangranger Returns. This is Rootborg. Credit to Griffguy26 .
Two years after the death of Verminator and his crew, the magic residue from Verminator's ship reached out to some plants outside of the lair, which resulted in a half-plant, half-cyborg villain called Rootborg. With the help of Sheba's siser, Shela, they work together to exact their revenge on the Fangrangers as well as turn the Earth into a jungle planet where only plant-life is able to survive.
Notes:
1. He is the first Returns Special villain to have been created just recently at the beginning of the special as opposed to already existing.
