I have heard, as well as seen, a fairy tale like forest that is somewhere in Euraisa (on the European side.).It has these weird shape trees everywhere.
But if you are talking about a forest straight from a fairy tale, then yeah it's a pity. I wish what we see in Fantasy stories were real sometimes, but then it would not be a Fantasy.

It is in a way. The trees look different form the trees I usually see. As to your question we would still be thinking of Fantasy worlds and wanting to visit them. Even in worlds that are not real people would still be making Fantasy stories and commingup with worlds that don't exist in their reality.

Poland perhaps? I've been there but once, but I'll never forget the nature out there, it was so large and wild and unspoiled. It made quite an impression on a 14-year old girl like me back then.
