So please put on your serious faces for this, just for a little while, because we need you for this.”
Hello Elysia we will be trying something a bit new! This is a raid, similar to the radio tower, however, there will be prizes awarded!
The Scourge and the Region will have two conflicting goals, and art for each side will score that side a point. The side with the most points at the end will win Surprise Boxes which can be turned in at the end by replying to a comment that will be made at the end by the Database account with a link to a piece proving you entered for the winning side.
You cannot capture the legendary, no one but Winter is currently able to get near it as the Scourge are forming a barrier.
Lore wise, Winter and the Scourge will capture the legendary.
If you are Anything but Pacifist or Grunt
Winter is making a dangerous bid for power in Elysia by attempting to capture a legendary. He cannot be allowed to succeed. However, Spring and the assembled Grunts are standing between Winter and the rest of the region, if there’s any hope of stopping him they must be fought.
Until February 10th you can earn a point for the region by drawing your trainer battling the Scourge! If you include the generals in the piece you earn an additional point.
If you are a Grunt
If you are a Grunt, you can earn a point for the Scourge by drawing your trainer fighting alongside Spring and your fellow grunts to give Winter time to capture the legendary. If you include the Generals in your piece you earn an additional point.
If you want to be a Grunt: Seasonal Scourge Initiation is where you wanna go.
If you are a Pacifist
Trainers that are pacifists cannot participate in this event as it involves battling.
Other
Pokemon without trainers also cannot participate.

You, as in you, the user, can enter once. You must chose between Scourge and Region!
The Event ends February 10th!
No graphic injuries, wounds, or death. This is not a Nuzlocke. No body horror. Scratches are fine. Innards are not.
You may only enter once!
THE SEASONAL SCOURGE SHOULD NOT BE DEPICTED IN MILITARY GEAR. THEY SHOULD NOT BE SHORTENED TO THE SS.
The Seasonal Scourge should be shortened to The Scourge or S. Grunts will be wearing a Scourge Badge. This is their identifying mark. Use some common sense and historical consideration when doing this event.
Yes, there is a legendary involved. No one will win this legendary. This is not a legendary event.

Legendary Raid - Buying TimeGabi pulled her wool hat further over the tips of her pointed ears, making sure not to knock her companion off her shoulder perch. Azoth nuzzled against her head and the small yellow scarf she had given the murkrow tickled her nose. She pushed it out of the way and gave her a scratch under her beak.
“Yes, I know. As soon as the commander captures that pokemon we’ll head straight inside for some hot tea and berry juice. Does that sound good?”
Azoth cawed and beat her wings excitedly. Gabi laughed despite being whipped in the head by feathers. In the distance they could hear the sounds of battle, both from Winter and that legendary as well as from the other grunts holding off the region’s oh-so-brave heroes trying to stop them. While she would have liked to observe them she had the same task to carry out.
