Poison Ivy's leaves look like they are blue cold winter leaves. I like how you rendered Poison Ivy. However some reason it does not look like Poison Ivy to me. It looks like a completely different kind of character because of the colors it makes it look like it could be a fur almost. She looks almost like a young teenager in this piece. I don't know if that was your intention. I like how the hair looks in this piece.

So, does it look like cold, winter leaves or fur? You make it sound like both. I wanted to contrast the warmness of her skin and hair, so I went with cool grey. No, it doesn't look like fur to me.
There's no "set" way that Poison Ivy looks; it's open to an artist's interpretation. I always imagined her as a short, nymph-like character, so that's how I drew her.

Could've done with a bit more colour (eg red hair, green outfit...) but very pretty!

I wanted to pull it off with all grey tones, so that's what I did. I like how combining warm and cool greys can mimic the look of colors.
