Tools: Samsung Galaxy Note 2- Sketchbook Mobile
This was one of my earlier Galaxy Note 2 Sketchbook Mobile paintings I did while I was at work being bored and had to draw something.
Again, since my phone's colors are hyper-saturated, I had to re-saturate each individual layer in order to closely match my screen's colors to my phone screen's colors. The 2 still aren't nearly an exact match.

They're both very capable, but it depends on what you're looking for. Android art apps are rather lacking in the Play store, the only good ones being Sketchbook and LayerPaint (which has a nasty UI). I've noticed that the brush tracking is a tad bit slow on the Note 10.1 compared to the Note 2, but it is so minimal and in no way a deal breaker - it still feels very good to use. Sketchbook Pro is better but only possible on the 10.1 because the interface allows for it.

It's all up to your skills, anything that can be done on the 10.1 can be done on the Note 2 if you put your mind to it.
