Description
This is my first successful ( I think) digital art that I made.
Thank you for all the support esp from the people in pinoy chat.
The hair was edited again

I think it's pretty good and its hard to believe that you did't use a tablet.
I dont know what you wanted to make but if its realism: I think the mouth is too blurry, the eyes need eyelashes and the structure of hir is realistic but not how it's falling down

The top of the head is definitely too big, you should bring that down as far as the top of the bang because of the angle, and there's not enough going on in the back of the head, so I would add hair there. The lips are a bit fuzzy and should be sharpened and the far end of the face is far too sharp, and should be just a teeny bit softer. The collar of the shirt is also strange, but not terribly obvious at first.
It looks good so far, though. I would fix those few things first and then see how it looks. The hair is fabulous, too, as well as the eyes (though he might use some eyelashes.)

The skin texture is amazing! Holy crap.
The left eye is damaged. A bit of black from the hair got on it and it's bigger than the right. The right eye is good, try and make the left look the same (:

The hair seems kind of flat to me. Maybe some stronger highlights where the hair is closest to the lightsource and maybe some stronger shadows where the hair is furthest away?

This is pretty good! It seems a little plastic, a little static, but you're definitely getting there. And with a mouse?! Wow!

Nice rendering on the face, lips etc.
As for critique, the eye closest to the viewer seems a bit high in comparison to the other eye, like if it was moved up a bit and then left a bit it would be perfect. The hair on the top front part of the head seems a bit too high, and the hair overall seems a bit stiff, like he hair sprayed it like crazy or something.

OKay thanks... I got problems drawing hairs since I do not have a tablet. I need more practice them..

Actually, this is beyond superb : D It looks very real, and you obviously spent a good amount of time on this.
However, since Byakuya is a man ( Right? I don't really watch Bleach), maybe his lips shouldn't be quite as pink. Perhaps a duller color would look good. :> Also, a bit more flyaways in the hair would do it some good.

Nice. Not bad at getting the realism down. The hair still looks slightly plastic-ish. The skin tone is really nice too.

It's wonderful, really. Very good details and all. ^^
Of course there are some little things to fix, but I will not say anything. Some mistakes always happen, and since I couldn't do so much detail, I will just say that it's really good. ^^
