Don't know why you're not happy with it, but I love it.

These... don't really look like Diablo or Sauron. They just look like generic dinosaurs that happen to have their colors.

Also, according to the game lore, Diablo's an Allosaurus, not a tyrannosaur.

I went off of the game sprites for them both being species of tyrannosaur. Β They're the same sprite but recolored. Β

I'm aware of that. Then again, the same could be said for all of Mortal Kombat's characters in their first game. Given time, it's likely that Primal Rage's monsters would have gone through the same.

They seem a bit furry.

Indeed.

Very nice work; the colours and textures work nicely too. However in my opinion while it's great to see a different interpretation of Primal Rage's characters I feel that having feathers wouldn't be very intimidating, y'know? Imagine being a fiery powerhouse dinosaur with a demonic name, but you're covered in floof.

Still, nice work. u3uΒ

Actually, it's more likely that Tyrannosaurid tails were bald. RJ Palmer's Saurian rex concept is a great reference.

That would be true especially if they were larger varieties like the rex, but I went with Daspletosaurus as the base with these. Β Probably still not accurate, but I wanted to do it lol

Yeah, it's honestly anyone's guess for smaller species, until there are better preserved specimens found. Especially given that Yutyrannus was fully covered, tail included.
