well, it's actually a midwestern accent. They have the accent here in Minnesota too. I guess the best example is that "bag" is pronounced "beg" and that a lot of people end their sentence with "Don'cha know!"
Think Canadian accent and tone it down a bit.

Well, tbh, I don't live in Wisconsin, so I really don't know if they have a real accent limited to only those people. I'm also quite positive people outside of Wisconsin have this accent, so I guess calling it a Wisconsin accent is wrong.
But I'm talking about the stereotypical accent of those from Wisconsin that you usually hear in TV shows (Pickles from Metalocalypse, Bob from That 70s Show, etc.), though, which is why I call it that. Most people get what I'm talking about, but I understand why some wouldn't.
I'm sure there's a proper name for it, but it's not like I've ever really had the chance (or will) to go about studying something like that. Sorry!
