Description This was taken yesterday while I was walking through the New Forest - it was quite a dull day  Like usual, this photo was taken with a FujiFilm FinePix HS20 EXR

Please don't use this without my permission... Thanks!

I'm always looking to improve my works, so please leave suggestions or tips on how I could improve! I would really appreciate it!

Great capture Emma!  Wonderful colors!!  I'm left with a feeling of traveling onward, to see what's up around the next turn!  So good, it makes me want to sing!!

What a glorious path through the "New Forest" ... as opposed to the old forest? (lol)

I just realised that for once you didn't have to crawl through the undergrowth or lie in wait in some uncomfortable position to take this photo. You were able to take it while you were walking along!

Lovely photo by the way.

Yes, it's quite an ironic name really, it's an old forest Haha, I had a break from crawling through undergrowth that day... I expect I'll be doing it soon though Thank you very much

lol Yes, I know that "New Forest" may be indeed really old! Probably older than anything in Australia.

You'll be crawling through undergrowth soon? I look forward to see the photos! I on the other hand would be very wary of lying down anywhere! There are so many things here that bite and sting!!! lol I always end up bitten or stung when I'm just in my garden! I go out not wearing shoes and ... Yeow!!! I know it's my fault. (sigh) I'll never learn.

Yes haha, I'll be trying to get out the house as much as I can when Spring arrives! I'm wary of what lurks in the grasses too, so many things to photograph but so much that can sting you! You must have more deadly animals and insects in Australia than we do here in the UK though? The worst we have is the False Black Widow Spider and the Adder Snake... During the summer you can sometimes get hundreds of sunbathing Adders that slither back into the undergrowth when you walk past

If you're going to die a horrible agonising death after being bitten or stung ... or eaten alive (lol) then come to Australia!  We have all the things that will make you scream in agony! (lol) Deadly spiders, snakes, jellyfish, koalas, sharks, crocodile and even a lethal octopus!

Haha! Sounds very inviting! Come to England where almost every animal is harmless

I miss England! The people are great, the scenery fantastic, the history, animals are fascinating ... I should go again! Tell me again where to go? (I think one place you said was Dorset?) There is so much to see! I'd rather concentrate on a few areas and see them really well.
