Description
Before and after shots of the girl’s skirt from Wal-Mart that I altered today. I thought the shape was a little limp, so I removed the flat panel of netting, raised the hem a bit, then added to the length and fullness with a lot of frilly lace. It’s much more flattering and wearable now, and only took about an hour and a half to complete.Related content
