I got so much to say on this character designb o: First, I'm so surprised I still have her design this way : I think she's, like, 3 years old or something like that, and she hasn't changed a bit, except for her clothings (those who were at the last live session know it
), something that is really rare for me to do.She must be the first character for whom I thought "she has to look cute/pretty". Sounds stupid, but that's generally not a characteristic I put into my own characters. She had a very harsh back-story, and I changed it a bit ; actually, I created her at a period in my life that was very hard, and I think it somehow influenced her (guess by the name). I'm really sorry for that, I tend to feel a lot of empathy for my characters ;^;
Another thing to note is that... she has no particular ability. No hyper-destructive powers, no high-end combat skills, nothing... She's good at sneaking into places where she shouldn't be, has very basic combat skills as an Oxygene trooper, and that's all : no sorcery, no martial arts, she does not even use her appearance at her advantage. Sounds stupid, but that's a characteristic I like in her.

Love her outfits, The scarf on her casual clothes and high collar on her uniform suit her really well. I like the tidbit about her powerful head butts. It'd be amusing to see that trait in action.

Actually, this group has a wide range of cut for their uniforms, due to the amount of different races they got in their ranks

Yeah I really like grey and red together because they mean a cooperation between and and machine. Red meaning blood and Grey is metal. MIT uses it as well as the Technocratic party.

Yeah that makes sense I have trouble with white to. I try to make it dirtyish by adding black specks.

Pure white can look cool, but it's not easy to handle as it often comes out like empty spaces

I think its nice to have a character who has no special skills, it makes them more relatable and interesting to read because they can't just rely on their powers. I also think its interesting to see you drawing and creating a softer female character, its nice to have variety, but good that she's not overly girly and pathetic like most girly girl characters. I also think that with characters with more traumatic backstories, its so easy for people to turn their characters bitter or angry, but I don't think she is, judging by her looks.
I think for casual colours maybe a sort of turqoise blue and grey? In some kind of femanine pattern, I'm thinking sort of 60s style for some reason

Well, she does not have a totally sweet temper. Like I said, I softened her in my last versions, but she's still alcoholic -not in a very sexy way, if you ask for. I didn't write a description yet, cause I'm still wondering for some stuff ; actually, I should have added that for some time, I thought about this character as the central one for a web-comic. Her old outfit was pretty girly, but I definitely didn't like it, so I changed.
For the "no capacities" style, well I got a lot of over the top character -still, it's often offbeat- and she is supposedly surrounded by these. I found the idea fun to have her here, like totally different cause she's normal.

Is there a sexy sort of alcoholic? If you're every in doubt about something, you should write a list down of "strengths, weaknesses, likes, dislikes, anything special, anything secret" etc - like what I do with my characters
I agree, I think the idea of a character with no abilities amongst a bunch that do have them, is interesting to experiment with in the long run, because she would have to do things differently, she couldn't rely on any special abilities

When you're saying that a seductive character is alcoholic, people tend to think that she becomes slutty, whereas it's not the case here.

Yeah that's kind of true, in a way they sort of...almost always link alcoholism in females with loose behaviour...as if it effects them differently to men! (Who incidentally they like to portray as the waster or abuser)

Je dois avoir quelque chose comme 4 ou 5 personnages en tout (de tête, deux femmes et trois hommes) qui sont sensés être "beaux" dans leurs caractéristiques. Eh ben c'est super chaud d'arriver a rendre ça x:
