Enter the cyberpunk world of Neo East City where crime runs rampant in its neon lit streets and cybernetics are the norm. Meet officer mercy who shoots first and asks questions later. Bad guys beware because mercy has taken it Upon herself to rid the city of its evil-doers with any means necessary.what is zero mercy you ask? as the moment its just a idea in the back of my head maybe one day ill make something of it and if i do this won't be the final design for the character

man, this is fucking beautiful! I love the blue and pink highlights,
