Description Month #1, Post #2:

In future posts I'll cover future biology, cultures, languages, civilisations, gods, etc. when they arise.

## Geography

### Notes

- This map is roughly applicable throughout the era of highly-sapient beings
but not in all times before then.
- This map shows 45 to -45 degrees latitude.
- Each pixel is roughly equivalent to 10-12km x 10-12km.

### Climate Zone Key(approximate earthly equivalents)

- Closely Spaced Dots ~ Tropical Forest(hot summer, mild winter, long cool rainy season)
- Mediumly Spaced Dots ~ Tree Savannah(hot summer, mild winter, medium length cool rainy season)
- Widely Spaced Dots ~ Grass Savannah(hot summer, mild winter, short cool rainy season)
- Diagonal Lines ~ Temperate Forest(warm summer, cool winter, much precipitation all year)
- Vertical Lines ~ Temperate Shrubland(warm summer, cool winter, moderate precipitation all year)
- Horizontal Lines ~ Temperate Grassland(warm summer, cool winter, some precipitation all year)
- Undiagonal Crosses ~ Cool Forest(mild summer, cold winter, medium length warm rainy season)
- Diagonal Crosses ~ Cool Steppe(mild summer, cold winter, short warm rainy season)
- Clear/Blank ~ Cold Desert/Icecap(mild summer, cold winter, little precipitation)

### Elevation Key

- Palest ~ Water/Sea-Level
- Pale ~ Flat/Low-Altitude
- Slightly-Dark ~ Semi-Mountainous/Middle-Altitude
- Moderately-Dark ~ Mountainous/High-Altitude
- Dark ~ Icecap/Polar-Ice

## Cosmology

### Early Cosmos

Roughly 700,000 years BHSB(Before Highly-Sapient Beings) the measurable and
perceivable era started. Only from then did things exhibit properties and forces
have effects; with no measurments can we extrapolate to see earlier times than
this.

It is theorised that a powerful being formulated the physical principles of this
cosmos that it may have soemthing interesting to observe. Other theories suggest
that it may have sacrificed itself that the cosmos it designed could be
constituted.

Over time from gas-clouds many stars, planets, moons and other bodies formed and
deformed, the most spectacular of these deformations often creating the heavier
elements that came to exist.

### The Solar System

About 320,000 years BHSB the solar system which we are concerned with first
started to become recognisable with its star starting to form. About 235,000
years BHSB the sun, 4 inner rocky planets plus the outer asteroid belt along
with a number of exoplanets had fully formed. About 221,000 years BHSB the
innermost of those planets became able to support life and shortly afterwards
it's first life appeared.

### The World

It has two moons, a blue one with a month of 33.8 days and a red one with a
month of 16.9 days.

It has an observed day of about 1.12 earth days and a year of about 263.9 of
those days. It's axial tilt is negligeble but it's moderately higher orbital
eccentricty compared to earth enables significant seasons.

It has a gravitational acceleration at sea level moderately lower than on earth
at about 0.7G. It's crust's composition is somewhat similar to earth's with an
approximate composition of 30% oxygen, 29% silicon, 21& iron, 7% aluminium and
13% other elements.

It's atmospheric pressure & density at sea level is moderately higher than on
earth at about 1.8bar of pressure at sea level. It's atmospheric composition has
varied over time but by 147,000 years BHSB it had settled into its modern
composition of about 73% nitrogen, 26% oxygen with the remaining amount being
mostly carbon-dioxide along with trace amounts of other chemicals.

It's climate had also settled into its modern form by then with a minimum
temperature of about -45C, average of about 11C and maximum of about 22C
throughout it's hospitable areas.
