I don't think this is one of your best pieces of artwork. I'm not being critical, but there's something about the pic you chose I dislike. It's not the nudity- Rock the nudity, man! Her pose isn't elegant and there's nothing to admire. The blue color of the words is also not very complimenting with the peach color.

I'll agree that this isn't my strongest work. The pose I couldn't do much with, but I thought it was more of a "normal" pose. Almost like a spontaneous snapshot. The color of the words might not look so good in the normal view, but if you look at the full view, I think their semi-transparency works better.

Alas, the original is not mine. I made the background blurry and black+white and then put the wording on it. I know that doesn't sound like much work, but I was playing around with this for over an hour before I got the the point of being pleased. It is also my personal oppinion that it is different enough from the original so as to avoid any copyright law violation.

It doesn't matter if you think this is different enough from the original, this is still against copyright law if you don't have permission to use that image.
...but I think that the focus on this one is too much on the women insted of the words.

Actually, I do have some experiance in this area. The concept is similiar to remixing or sampling a song. It's always good to get permission, however that's not always possible, as it was in this case.
The rule is pretty simple: don't claim the original to be yours. The new one must not be confusable with the original when they are side by side. And all possible effort should be made to find the original owner. Intent also matters.
I'm not intending to rip off the original photo, my version sends a very different message than the original. The original sort of said, "Hey look at this beautiful woman!" and mine sort of says, "This is how a stalker see his prey".
If anyone really thinks this is a legitimate violation, I'll gladdly take it down.
