For anyone wondering:
- Idea sketch
- Reference sketch to nail down the details
- Cleaner lineart, fixing details
- Final lineart
- Duplicate lineart/Gaussian blur, place undernearth lineart or merge
- Background colors
- Painting grass
- Adding sky gradient
- Make clouds as dots, use dissolve layer style, duplicate layer and Gaussian blur underneath
- Base colors on separate layers
- Clean up
- Duplicate all base colors layers and merge them into one, put at bottom before bg layers, select, fill with white, gradient overlay in blending mode, Gaussian blur
- Gradient overlay with soft light layer style in blending mode, duplicate base color merge layer, put on top of all colors, use gradient overlay blending mode
- Fix colors with filter
