Tobi, or as his classmates refers to him as "Prank lord" is a mischievous boy with alot of ambitions. His main dream is to prank a member of the royal family, Which most of his peers dont seem to fond of because of th

great respect the village has for them. He hates The royal family for Demolishing his old Family home Without is consent. Seeing how he inherited the house after his grandmother died and it was the only thing he had

left in memory of her. Ever since then, he had a deep hatred for the royal family. Especially the kings daughter, who would often try to persuade him to let past go, move on and look to the future. Which only proceeds to

get him rattled, for he feels she dosent care what she or her family has done. But he is usually calmed down by Yepper and Edgar with some talking and a cold Cola. Yepper and Tobi have been friends since childhood.

Many people, Especially The princess, Has tried to get Them separated believing that Yepper would pick up on Tobi's bad habits. However, Yepper has been changing Tobi for the better (Sometimes). Tobi also knows that

the princess has a crush on yepper, but yepper has no interest in marrying royalty. Seeing her in despair each time Yepper turns her attempts at them being together down puts a huge grin on his face.

He, like Yepper, is also a Zicada. His Abilities are Snake protrusion (Able to grow snakes out of his body) And Snake skin (Make his skin scaly and rough). His weapon of choice is his long sword he calls Fang. He claims it was made with a tooth of a Basilisk. But others arent too sure.
