~ The Last Hope ~Humankind has ushered in the final war which ravaged planet Earth. Our inhuman actions resulted in making entire life extinct from our beloved world. Somehow, in this scorched planet, a sapling managed to survive in the cracks of the concrete debris. It gets noticed by the last surviving heavy assault mech unit. Where human beings failed to fulfil their responsibilities to the planet, the machine does the most humane thing it can do. It severs one of its water cooling units and nurtures the little sapling. Because it understands this is the only way life can once again get a chance to play on planet Earth - this is the last hope...
