I love what you did with the shading on her face, I can only imagine how difficult that must be in ballpoint pen! Overall, I think it is quite nice and fairly realistic, however her eyes are a little off. They are not quite the same shape and the light appears to be coming from different angles in them. I love the mouth, but if I compare it to Adelaide, it is quite a bit plumper ( almost Kim Kardshian-y). Darkening her hair might add to the resemblance too! All in all, I think it is pretty good, and if there is anything I would suggest working on, it would be your symmetry( which I think is difficult for everyone!)
