I love this game. Love it to death. But my god if some of the supporting characters don't make me want to rip out my eyeballs just to have something to stuff into my ears...that bit of vitriol aside, it's an amazing game. Loot-based games make me salivate as a gamer, and making it a first person shooter as well just gives it a whoooole new layer of badass. Loved the first game, and in my opinion, the sequel improved on it in every way. (Zer0 player here, by the way.)
Now I'm off to my third playthrough, in the hopes that a future DLC allows us to fire Tiny Tina face first into the sun.

Massive Borderlands fan here and this made me chuckle. Sooo excited for Borderlands: The Pre-sequel

It's been good. Haven't picked it up in ages.

I found it boring. Every character had a stack focused skill tree that was almost the only viable option for higher difficulty.
I kinda wished we would get to play as Angel before the game came out and that dissapointed me because she was my favourite character in 1&2.

Yeah hacking loaders, ammo drops on command and elemental damage would be nice.

You know when I first played this game I would have called this comic blasphemy, however 23 playthroughs down the line and I play this game with the sound off.

I think there are a lot of games that would be better if they muted at least one of the characters. Like Vanille from Final Fantasy 13, I don't hate her but her voice is so annoying.

Tina reminds me of my best friend, so her annoying habits are actually kind of charming. Besides, her backstory and ways to deal with grief are what I really like about her.
But yes, some of the nonsense NPCs spout can be a bit irritating haha

Everyone I know is obsessed with Tiny Tina. She doesn't really strike me as anything special.

Tiny Tina was the best supporting character I've seen or heard in any game. When I first "met" her I was like... "Whoa? Wtf? What is wrong with this kid? o_O" As time went on, she grew on me and now wish I could buy the DLC featuring her >_>

Then Gearbox wemt and did the complete opposite: make a DLC centered around Tiny Tina TALKING. For 15+ HOURS.

well, they made a dlc about tina... close enough, right? i agree, it is agonizing trying to play through the game sometimes. also, dont get too attached to all the level 61 loot you are getting; by halloween, the level cap will be 72, and it will all be replaced...
