If you think =]Voyager[= looks like Canti from FLCL, or Retro from Dead Leaves.. ? I don't really care. Because it's not my character. If you truly believe this is a tidbit of information worth sharing, saunter on over to Chao's site and let her know. Though I wouldn't recommend it. Anyway.
Yes. I went there. I hit the one of the oldest, moldiest net jokes evar. And I enjoyed it, thoroughly. Hope you did too. This is one of the sillier methods for 'winning' a battle I could think of, but luckily there weren't any rules about excessive amounts of silly.

i absolutely love this character, a young girl with shadow demon servant thingies that are polite and very powerful, and I love the fact she's so oblivious to how much power she could have. If my char was in her position then he would rule the world, and receive constant ego stroking

...Why do all the demons have an English accent? Why can't they...I don't know...have a French accent? British people aren't THAT bad...

..exactly how did you come to the conclusion they have an english accent? Is "ma'am" or "gander" now a qualifier for being british? Wow. Way to categorize. XD
False assumptions and jumped-to conclusions aside though! They don't have any specific accent. Every single one is different and was never written with a specific real world accent in mind.

Seriously! When you read the comic...er...drew it...did you imagine the demons having any other accent? Plus, I've only heard Demons using English accents or...well...what kind of accent does Gollum have?
Then again...it might be my imagination running away with me again. Like today, when I named my sword, I had a brainstorm of a manga idea...where a Samurai inherits his father's sword, only for it to turn into a girl on him. This is really annoying, not only because he has to deal with a hot-tempered, tom-boy girl, but he doesn't have a sword anymore. It's funny when...oh...um...sorry... I solliloquize far too often...

Unfortunately, it's a lot easier to write stories and make panels than to actually make Manga. Β I'm too much of a perfectionist to get much in the way of art done, and the artists that could draw it don't seem to want to "join forces."
So, I have a story, but no art. Β That's the way it is with most of my work, but I suppose that's just what I'm best at doing. Β If you wanted to collaborate on something, I'd be more than happy to lend my talents when it comes to storylines and dialogue.
