Very interesting. I particularly like the wires coming from the back of the head, and the barcode. It feels eerie because of its resemblance to us.

i like
few resolution issues but not too bad.
you can tell the wires are the same cluster just reshot. I hate repetition - dont take it personally i pick on everyone who does it.

It's amazing how such subtle differences (the enlarged eyes etc) can make this look like a totally different girl from the stock photo. Having wires protruding from her head probably helps too

The idea was to make the face more childlike, Interestingly if you make the eye any bigger it starts to look like one of those grey alien thingies.... 
also removing the piercings helps a lot too!!

I'm normally quite into piercings on girls (and I've got a fair few holes in myself too) but I know what you mean. It would have ruined the feel of the edit
