Kim Possible dressed as Jessica Rabbit. Both concepts are family-friendly and owned by Disney, so git yer mind outta the gutter.
Originally sketched in pencil, inked and colored with Corel.
Had lots of fun making the sparklies on the dress.

Yeah, we'd still have to censor our stuff a bit here of course (and I've learned that the hard way) but you're right, it sure would make a nice springboard. Oh, and you should stop by the JAB forum; there's been this huge art war going on in the fanart section and even JAB himself has been making (free!) new art for it.

I thought Who Framed Roger Rabbit was a bunch of animating companies brought together.. Not just Disney o_O

Technically speaking, the animation was directed by Ricahrd Williams, who was hired by the Disney studio. Although it was mostly animated in England it was still driven and owned by Disney. It was released under Touchstone Pictures, which itself is part of the Disney company. They had to gain permission for the use of characters outside of Disney by their legal owners, including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Betty Boop, Woody Woodpecker, etc. and were unable to get the rights to such characters as Popeye and Felix the Cat.

I know what you mean, but Disney wasn't doing so well back in the late eighties. Both this movie and certain one that came out the next year (The Little Mermaid) helped them get back on their feet.
