Kim Possible dressed as Jessica Rabbit. Both concepts are family-friendly and owned by Disney, so git yer mind outta the gutter.
Originally sketched in pencil, inked and colored with Corel.
Had lots of fun making the sparklies on the dress.

Thanks! I used a star-shaped brush, tilted it a little, and varied the size and opacity as I added them on. I also made some light and dark spots with a regular circle shaped brush. Then I added just a bit of white over some of it with the airbrish tool.
