Stoneteller seems kinda like Fallen Leaves xD Obviously, he's not, there are some similarities - in looks and personality.

Since scourge died before he could even mate since he was about the age of an apprentice as described in the book series, really the only way her grandfather could be scourge is if either ruby or socks had kittens, since some people do call their great aunts and uncles their grandfather. You'll also have to wait for the new super edition next year about Ravenpaw.

I actually tried doing some math on Scourge's age. He was still called a "kit" (0-6 moons) when he was Mauled by Tigerpaw. So to make the age gap as wide as feasible, let's call Tigerpaw 11 moons old, and Tiny 4 moons old, so there's 7 moons between them. According the wiki, Tigerstar was about 68 moons old when he died, so that makes Scourge about 60 moons when he died (pretty much at the same time xD)
The description in the book series is because he was a small cat, about the size of an apprentice (my grandmother had a cat like that - got about midway through kittenhood and just kinda stopped growing
