Yes, this is part of a fractal. I don't know if fractals are acceptable at deviantart because I've never seen any, and if they are I don't know which category they belong in.It was made using 'Fractal Explorer' (the one by Sirotinski Arthur and Olga Fedorenko).
oh, and i used photoshop to blur it

Very pretty. I need to find out how to go about making fractals. I think they'd be a nice touch to my art. I've seen other fractals on dev, although not exactly like this one. Good job!
