hn. I guess creativity serves as an outlet to try and re-direct....well, everything. Escapism, I suppose, is an extension of that.

Sounds about right. I've been told going outside and talking to others is also supposed to help. Presumably, it gets easier over time.

Too true. For me, I'd say its gotten easier saying things as simple instinctive responses, but explaining things out loud is still quite complicated for some reason.
