**hehe second time lucky, and this time no power cut will stop me from subbing!**

I've been hanging onto this for a few days, debating whether to hold onto it for longer or not! But I guess I'm so happy with it that I kinda wanted to show it off! Thats bad of me, I know. So pretend you never read that!

This is my entry to 's contest, and one of the themes was Horses And History. I immediately thought of chariot racing, since I've always been fascinated by Roman history and the sports they had all those centuries ago! Chariot racing was pretty popular in the day, very much today's car racing! It was also a favourite pasttime of the the nations that surrounded Italy too. I think it's awesome how they used to work so hard on their chartiots, getting them all ready for racing, making sure they were in perfect condition. And the horses were extremely spoilt too, If it weren't for the horses then there wouldn't have been races!
Charioteers (the people who stood in the chariots) grew quite famous if they won a number of races, and seeing as it was quite a tough job to drive two horses while standing on a single cart, I think they deserved it! So I guess while it was a great sport to watch, it also required great strength, and was something you needed talent for!

So, having read up a little on chariot racing, I decided to get these two together and send them back a few centuries! Hinto and Russo make a great racing pair, even tho I'm totally aware of the fact that blind horses wouldn't race, but never mind, his sexiness will overcome that! I had a lot of fun working on this, it was another great challenge and I worked on this for over a week, so I learnt a lot!
