Sparky has been framed by Anti-Sparky, and is sentenced to a magic-proof dog pound.
About a month into his sentence, he tries to find a way out. He manages to find a hidden doggy door and attempts to take it.
His attempt has failed due to the small size and his now larger body, courtesy of too much dog gruel. Not to mention being magic-proof, his tail wand can't help him poof out.
