Description
This is Plucksir (Pluck + Pincer), the Flying Beetle Pokémon. Plucksir is the evolution of Pinsir.

Did you know that Pinsir was originally going to have a evolution in the Gold & Silver beta similar to how Scyther got an evolution in the Gen 2 games? But sadly, it was scrapped in later development. The reason why the Pinsir evolution was scrapped is mainly because he was replaced with Heracross. In my eyes, it would been better if we have both Heracross and the Pinsir evolution in the game. But hey at least we got Scizor in the final version of Gold & Silver. Now, in my personal opinion, this scrapped Pinsir evolution from the Gold & Silver beta is way better than Pinsir's mega evolution we end up got. Pinsir should at least have a evolution rather than giving him a mega evolution. I really miss when Pokémon games used to make new evolutions and pre-evolutions for older Pokémon from previous generations, I think it's my turn to make the Pokémon series great again. Plucksir will be replacing Mega Pinsir with my own evolution for Pinsir. While both Mega Pinsir and the Pinsirite doesn't exist anymore, but Plucksir will get a mega evolution like Pinsir originally had and there will be another Mega Stone known as "Plucksirite" for Plucksir in order to mega evolve into Mega Plucksir. Plucksir will have the same abilities as Pinsir did and while his mega evolve form will still have the Aerilate ability as Mega Pinsir originally had. In order to evolve Pinsir into Plucksir, you have to evolve Pinsir by trading while holding the "Flight Jacket" similar to how Scyther evolves into Scizor by trading while holding the Metal Coat.
