I started working on this scene for one of the competetions held by mattepaint.com but couldn't finish it in time. I tried to bring out the warm summer light breaking through the mountain peaks. The setting is simple but I do like the result.

A beaufitul eagle view! My fav part is all on the right with the cool mountains, clouds and the composition of 2 dragons is really well done because visually credible, this thanks also the lighting well worked by you on them.
The man with playing horn has a sense because linked to the dragons and so i like in the scene.
I don't like the village very much because too modern....Those roofs are all recent and they are all clean.....So by by to the sense of medieval of your idea. Its a sin. Where there are the subjects i noticed immediately the 2 beach umbrella used for some restaurant there 
You know.....To convert these rofs there are many images in eagle view like for example: piece of ruins; medieval windows etcc.....same speach about medieval stuff like barrels, carts etcc....and so also a work very long. But to do something of quick, add some hole on some roof + vegetation like moss, lichens and similar....But i read your comment: "couldn't finish it in time" So i think you have sacrified this aspect for the few time. And for this reason you did an honorable work!
Anyway the global manip, works good because there is visual/tonal harmony and the little story is solid

Haha you looked very closely! I wanted to remove the umbrellas at least but I forgot about it in the end. I didn't even notice the solar panels and air conditioning lol
I agree that this is definitely taking away from the realism and I should have taken care of it.

This is why I should read descriptions- xD its super beautiful, I wasn't worried about copyright! I was just curious if if was all painted because that kind of stuff takes patience, the light and shading is amazing too

Den anderen könnte ich wohl besser hervorheben, wenn ich den Baum hinter ihm verschiebe, um mehr Kontrast zu erzeugen.
