It seems I can't find a tutorial on coloring anime hazel eyes, so I might as well make one. I studied hazel eyes for a bit and came up with a technique on coloring hazel eyes to demonstrate.
"What size brush should I use?"
It depends on the size of the eye.
"How intense should I use the gaussian blur?"
As minimal as possible yet still give satisfactory results.
