FULL VIEW, PWEEZE! (looks dodgy otherwise )

a HL player (#3863287) is starting up a HL magazine, and i am one of two graphic designers in charge of the graphics for the mag. This is the cover image for September issue, the theme was 'new beginnings'.

obviously this is cropped - a LOT. the cover had to be A4 size, so the original one shows a lot more sky and cliff, i just wanted to crop it down to show on DA.

i'm really happy with this, oddly enough! i changed cliffs at the last minute, and i'm glad i did.

i needed to create a cover that symbolised 'new beginnings'. she suggested a foal, and i thought that worked perfectly. so i decided that when i think of 'new beginnings', i think of a new day. and so that's where the sky comes in. i also think of something like a butterfly, ironically, so that's there as well.

may i please point out, that credits WILL be on the image, i just took them off to upload here.
