Well, I have no idea. Since they seem to have breasts, despite not being mammals and having a weird reproductive system, I'm assuming they also have nipples.
But I guess they shouldn't have belly-buttons, since they don't have umbilical cords?
I'm just going for what I think looks nice.
The whole gender-sex thing is also kind of weird... they seem to clearly recognize male and female... and have different body shapes to go with the genders... yet they don't differ between hetero- and homosexual when it comes to delivering "gene material" to the mothergrub, so why do they even have biologic genders?
My headcanon is: Their species once had regular sexual reproduction without mothergrubs, then evolution made them have those, and their sexual characteristics and still existing genitals and breasts and stuff are vestigial, from that long ago era when they reproduced differently.
Kind of like... why do men have nipples? Because women have them, and it wasn't an evolutionary disadvantage for men to also keep them.
