Disclaimer: I didn't draw this! This is a fake Kamen Rider leak from awhile ago that I'm posting for preservation purposes!

There are no names for anything here so, basic bitch naming he's "Senpuki". As you can see, the Link Item here are little electric fans. Only one is properly shown, which is the base one. the other side of the belt doesn't have them slotted into that side which sucks. Would have been a really good V3 reference.

Three other forms are seen here enhanced by the upgrade. Fire, Bamboo, and Light. The base form is also able to be enhanced by this little lack luster item. There is basically nothing to say about this, but I think it's a interesting fake.
