This is a old Kamen Rider "leak" showing a Rider named Sai. This was before Gaim was trademarked and was "to be the 2013 Rider". Sai uses little swords to change forms and uses a bracelet to transform.

Sai has two different types of sword, Enhancement and Forms. Seen here is the fire form and punch Enhancement. His bike is also a horse.

The other swords are a speed and kick Enhancement, electric and wind form, the others I can't translate. If anyone can find the original artist please notify me so I can credit them!
