ETSY STORE II FACEBOOK II INSTAGRAM II TUMBLRWith lack of a better name I simply call him Mr. Foo for now. I think he is a foo-dog-dragon-thingie-hubdidub.
Say hello to the first doll head I ever made. It was in the beginning of my "sculpt career" (about 2 years ago). I had only been sculpting for a year when I wanted to try making art dolls, I had NO idea how they where made or how I was gonna make mine, and then this monster was born, and its HUGE!!! At least to my normal standards - I never sculpt this big nowadays. XD I got tired of him back then and left the head lying around and then poof he was forgotten.
However I dug the dude up again recently when cleaning, and nostalgic as I am I simply couldnt scrap him. He may not be super advanced and flawless, and he is rather rough (compared to the skills Ive gained the past years) but I still decided to give him another chance. And loo and behold, after some painting (turning him into a cucumber
) I actually like him a lot! So Im very happy I didnt give up on him. 
Problem now is that I hate making patterns and making a pattern for this huuuuuge dude feel totally super scary. So I dunno, I wanna finish him... but do I really? XDDD Anyway I though it would be nice to show him to ya~
Completely original and handmade by me in super sculpey, casted in resin for durability and painted with acrylics. Shall gloss his eyes and seal him. Will become a posable art doll in the end (hopefully). XD

I think it looks like a chinese dragon-lion-thingy and I really like it. The details are wonderful and the colors really suit him.

Aaaw thank you SO much!!!!!!!!! <3333 And aaak I was really pondering if I was just stupid to give him a go as he really is so old but he has been staring into my eyes now for a while and I went for it.
It is! It is both glued and sewn on, and theres gonna be a plastic ball joint armature inside so he can be posed, and stuffing so he is soft. (if everything goes as planned that is XD)

Don't worry! If you do use it, though, make sure the armature is super sturdy. Maybe even double the amount of wire you usually use (my peices are pretty much that big and I double everything:3)
