This is a small whimsical fable I've been drawing sporadically for a couple of months.
The comic was inspired by a Chinese poetic tune called 蝶恋花 (which roughly translates into "butterfly in love with flower"). I've always been a sucker for ancient Chinese poetry because they are full of sad stories >w> And I love tormenting my kokoro with these things.
Drawing this comic taught me many skills, such as controlling line weight and varied panelling. I'm still a noob though so gomen for any mistakes. m(u__u)m
This story is also an analogy for the real background story behind my characters (which is so long and difficult to draw I want to cry just thinking it). So in the meanwhile I'm just coming up with parallel short stories based on random ideas I come across in life.

The feels I like to think that the flowers says hello time and time again to the butterfly because there is a deep rooted connection that time and death cannot sever (which they do because of pollination etc). This story came alive with your amazing art work.
