I think this outfit suits Lightning. It has a mix of armor and material from her first outfit. (like the lights on her shoulder protectors).
I mainly tried to keep her outfit in a style that would fit more into the first game of FF XIII.
What I mostly like on Light is, that she is a whole mix of strong roughness and elegant beauty, I always liked that in her personality.

ah, I guess you mean because of the semi finalists (and not the winners because they 3 really deserve to be the winners^^)...
first I thought... 'wow, was mine really that more bad like at least five in this'
but then I noticed that a few awesome entries weren't even under the 50 finalists
like this beauties
so I guess it is how it is. they also all deserve to be under the best 50, they also worked hard^^
there will be more contests like with the chance nomura will judge it in the future, I know for sure XD
