Description
This is a character design I've wanted to redesign for a while. After much time and thought, I've finally got round to doing so.Part of my inspiration for the commander outfit came from Mr. Buddy of one of his ideas.

Name: Commander Cecilia.

Family: Hope (foster daughter)
Personality: Cold, calculating, strict, stoic.
Likes: Classified.
Dislikes: Classified.
Commander of the United Federation Army in the British Military and King Henry's closest ally and friend, Commander Cecilia is a force to be reckoned with. Her ice cold look is enough to send a chill down your spine, or even feel like you're frozen in place. However, the one thing you will be dreading is if you were ever to be sent to her office. Being sent to Cecilia's office is like being sent to a principle's office, I kid you not.
