After defeating General Mafia and former Commander Cecilia, the war between the United Federation and the Dark Legion is at an end. However, the threat of the Dark Legion is still at large as the Robo-Hackers journey out into the world to try and snuff out the last of the evil army.

However, after three months of inactivity and no trace of the Dark Legion, General Mafia takes the Federation by surprise by attacking Scotland and holding the royalists captive as the Federation is spread thin during a cleanup project around the globe. With no squad to come to King Maximoff's aid, King Henry sends James, Dan, Ariel and Ace off to Scotland to save the day.

What none of them realise is that the Dark Legion knows a secret about the royal family and that it has the potential to cause the Robo-Hackers to split! Will they prevail and stop the vile General Mafia, or will the Dark Legion make its return. Find out soon.
