So does the Kamen world have more than three suns or was she referring to the stars?

Kyroneels only have one word for the lights they see in the sky. They call all lights "suns." (The suns over Kyroneelis are too bright to see any stars.) However, due to the translator Wryns and Kern wear this word gets translated according to context as sun or star.
