Tadita and cacao were on their way back to starheim after Tadita had found herself trapped by the land bridge, the battle started so sudden and Nayeli had lead cacao to their mother to get her out of the collapsed den... her nursery den had collapsed, the very den she started her family in.

She thought she'd be safe there, but that wasn't to be. Nayeli had accidentally lead a stray hive wolf towards the innards of the island, and left to fight thinking Tadita would be safe under the watch of her brother.

It happened so fast and an inexperienced cacao threw himself at the hive wolf and found himself in a tussle with the large wolf, it didn't last long until he felt a sharp pain in his rear, then a electric shock as he heard the muffled shout of his mother who tried to get the hive wolf off of him, it was no use as the elderly shewolf was tossed aside like she was but a pebble.

they weren't hopeless though as Cacao laid on the ground, unable to stand due to the pain in his tail practically paralyzing him, his mother standing over him protectively but fearfully as she studied the now missing appendage that now laid to the side of him...

Gale was hurt, Cacao was badly injured and her hip had been jarred and she couldn't put weight on it after being tossed.

they'd need to hide and hope Cacao wouldn't succumb to shock as he trembled below her paws.

She prayed Gale could handle himself even after his wounds, she stood back and watched... her age would only get in his way...

Cacao loses his tail.

Tadita's ankle is jarred and painful to walk on, scratches on her hip hurt. no major injuries.
