Description
A Naga species that has an elastic like body. A Raba's body can stretch 3 times longer then they actually are(including their arms and neck). Their body can absorb most physical attacks, but their skin is not as hard or as tough as normal Naga scales. They can even be used to fill in for a giant rubber band or be used to launch projectiles. Their bones are elastic as well, so they could actually be flattened and live to talk about it.Related content

Well all Nagas can't wear pants, and men wear tops to (not many, but I've seen some men wear them). Thanks for the commentary
