I think it looks really, good, especially the volume light... I suggest calming the water a little... or maybe create a new bumpmap for it that "reacts" to the pedestals (make a bitmap)... would add some realism i guess...

I really like this one. Pretty interesting concept you have here. And, yeah, the lighting looks a bit odd. Maybe it could be a bit more diffused. I can see 2 straight lines on where the lighting ends.
