Nice blue toning and beautyful reflections. It really feels wet!

wow, this is really unique can you give any tips on how to use some of the techniques applied to this image ?

1: take a nice photo.
2: adjust levels, color, and contrast balances in photoshop.
3: play with the color balance. i used the lasso tool to isolate sections that i wanted to change the color of.
4: use A LOT of layers and opacity adjustments.

basically, that's it. this isn't so much a photo manipulation per se than just playing with colors. i think the important thing is to decide what part of the image you want to emphasize. here, i wanted to keep the "wet look" and adjusted colors to enhance that. i could've just as easily "flattened" the wet textures and came away with solid panels of color. depends on everyone's personal tastes.

thank you! man....it took FOREVER to come up with a combo of blues that worked well together. nothing too bright and nothing to garish.
